Clearscan Environmental is led by co-founders Younis Mouali and Gabriel John Malagodi, alongside Technical Director Gary Darsey.
Our directors oversee the survey teams, project personnel and support staff delivering work for our clients. Together, they bring experience across site operations, technical management and quality assurance, coordinating resources around each project’s scope, access requirements and programme.
Co-Founder & Director
Younis brings extensive hands-on experience in the asbestos industry, spanning surveying, analytical work and project coordination. He leads Clearscan’s business direction and remains closely involved in operational delivery, overseeing project resources and working with clients and the technical team to plan and manage complex assignments.
Co-Founder & Quality Manager
Gabriel oversees quality management and supports the coordination of survey teams and project personnel. His industry experience informs his work across site delivery, reporting and internal procedures, supporting consistent standards and clear, dependable information for clients.
Technical Director
Gary leads Clearscan’s technical oversight, drawing on extensive industry experience. He supports the teams through technical guidance, competence assessment and the review of complex project requirements, helping ensure that methods and procedures are appropriate to the work being undertaken.
Our leadership team works alongside surveyors, project personnel, administrative staff and specialist partners. This coordinated approach allows us to bring together the resources each assignment needs, from individual surveys to larger, phased programmes.
